Established in 1979, Ference Weicker & Company has grown to become one of the largest independent management consulting firms in Western Canada. We have an ever expanding core staff of professional consultants, complemented by an extensive network of key contractors whom we engage on a project-by-project basis.

We continue to focus on growth, with the objective of creating the leading consulting firm in the markets that we serve. Continued growth of the organization will:

• Enable us to better serve clients by providing a broader range of high quality services as well as serving a broader range of clients. In providing services, we listen carefully to our clients, work to develop a common, clear understanding of the objectives and our approach to the assignments, implement the work plans to which we have agreed, and strive to ensure that our project outputs fully meet the expectations of our clients.

• Add value for our staff and colleagues by expanding access to market opportunities, improving our competitive position, achieving operating efficiencies, and developing a growing and on-going brand. We place a high priority on staff development, providing members with clear career paths, regular on-going feedback, the opportunity to further develop our skills and areas of specialization, and opportunities to provide input into the future directions of the firm.

• Provide opportunities for us to support the development of our communities through our services and other contributions. We keep the interests of our communities in mind in designing and implementing our services, encourage our staff to become involved in the community, and provide community support through our services and sponsorship activities.
