Workshops

The second phase will consist of a series of workshop sessions. Regional sessions will be staged in the Northern Interior (Prince George), Southern Interior (Kelowna), Vancouver Island (Victoria) and the Lower Mainland. The workshops will be half-day sessions (10:00 to 3:00 including lunch) targeting 25 to 40 participants each. The objectives of the sessions will be to:

  • Review the objectives and process;

  • Confirm the key issues to be addressed by the action plan; and

  • Discuss potential strategies and actions.

The participants will include representatives from industry, universities, research organizations, sources of capital, Provincial Government, Federal Government, industry associations and other groups.
