Project Phases

The project will consist of four major phases including:

  • Preparation of a discussion paper

  • A series of workshops with key stakeholders

  • Meeting with the Steering Committee to review a draft Action Plan

  • Final Approval of the Action Plan An overview of each of the phases is provided below and summarized in the table below.
